Poor customer service and inconsistent.
Massey sends out a slick salesman to make you think that you’re in good hands. I assure you, you are not. For the first visit which is usually very extensive. They brought out a truck with a long hose to spray whatever chemicals they are using for that initial visit. First of all I have a long backyard so I know they can’t even reach all of it. This company offers a total customer satisfaction guarantee, a no-nonsense, money-back guarantee. I guess the joke is on the customer. My daughter bought a house this year and found out she had rodents in her attic. Without reading reviews, we advised her to call Massey’s. They came out promptly to assess her house and conveniently sold her a year long pest contract, which the tech filled out and gave her someone else’s paperwork with THEIR name and address on it. What a joke this company is! For starters, the tech who came out and filled out paperwork and took my daughter's money after he sold her a years worth of pest control, ended up being someone else's paperwork and their address, not my daughters (whose house this was for). They were initially called for rodents in her attic above her garage. They stated they put boxes outside around the house (which we never saw) and not even sure what they did in the attic at this time. They don’t show up on time, came to do the service two weeks after they we’re supposed to, treatment wasn’t done properly and they wouldn’t fix it had to cancel my contract after their second “treatment”, would not recommend.

Very disappointed with Massey. Pictures of our lawn today are attached. After a long period of time where they blamed us for the problems with our lawn (too much water, too little water, etc) we reached out to them multiple times about the state of our lawn. A manager finally came to visit us in August acknowledging the issues and advised they would plug part of the lawn and use Roundup (or similar) in the worst area to kill the weeds and then return to sod or plug that area. They are horrible at lawn care. i called twice in two weeks about my shrubs being overgrown with weeds. They claimed someone came out three days ago and did, Edging”. If you look at my shrubs now, nothing was done

My appointment complex hired them and they are awful, I came home after work and my floors were nasty with the exterminator shoe prints everywhere, poodle of dirt, mind you I am a very clean person, 1 st time, second time nope!
