Massey Pest Control is the WORST company every to deal with. I have had issues for years with them on communication, showing up unannounced , sending unqualified people, billing me for services NOT rendered and have been waiting for a week to get a return call from management. I am looking to change but want a bigger company has anyone used Penninsular or a bigger size company they recommend? MASSEY YOUR ARE THE PITS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IMO. Don’t use this Massey pest control service I-cancel my service with them 5 months ago and charging my credit card for 2 months I call 10 time sey some one gone on call me never call me back or refund my $130:00 I call today to worst customer service and pest control company be careful rip-off

yesterday the service came to Stonegate subdivision in Santa Rosa Beach and sprayed several residential yards. they were spraying incorrectly they were over spraying into other yards. and then they put their little Flags all in the neighborhood like they're running for the midterm. you have a legal right to put a flag down to denote spraying I don't have an argue with that, the issue is that you put Five Flags in one yard in yards that don't even use your trash service your employees are undisciplined , disrespectful, poorly... read more

Do NOT even consider hiring this company. I hired them in the early days of covid to replace my entire lawn, mainly because of the warranty they pitch you on, cost me over $5,000. I also have paid for 2-3 years for the monthly service (as per the warranty you must have monthly service) This service and warranty is complete BS. The guys they send to the house for monthly service never have any answers and always say "i will email my manager and they will call you" guess what, they never call. Andrea, I am very disappointed in receiving my refund, when we canceled our service on 8/15/22. I have called several times and have spoken to several ladies, stating refund is being processed at your corporate office. Till date we have not received it. It’s funny the minute we agree to start your service, boom, paid in full for a year, the day your sales person left our house. But, now we have to wait going into the second months to receive our refund after cancelling our service. I’m very disappointed in the way your ser... read more

Services our community for outside pest control. Pest throughout the lawn front and back. Also contracted with Massey for pest control inside. Failed to show twice after making appointment and rearranging my schedule to be home. Finally arrived several days later treated inside. After 12 days no change in pest activity made several attempts to reschedule failed to show again and finally when showed indicated could not access community gate despite the fact Massey is the community pest contractor and there is also a call box... read more

signed up for services... was to get initial treatment 4 days ago. no one showed. I called and after numerous apologies... was told the general manager Bob would call me. that was Tues. I called Fri, 10/7. Bob was helpful and we scheduled for today, Sat. 10/8. I asked for early appt so I can get my day started. tech called yesterday and left message that he would be here at 8am. It's now 10:30 am with no call!!! I'm beyond disappointed and infuriated that I've once again been lied to and my time wasted. Horrible customer ser... read more

Absolutely horrible experience, we hired them to complete work and are irrigation system and they wanted to charge us for work that was not completed. After weeks of back and forth and trying to get them to complete the job, which generally included them not showing up on time, if they even bothered to show up at all for scheduled appointments.
