They were supposed to be here at 8am. It’s 1042am. If they aren’t here by 11am I’m canceling and requesting not to be charged. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. I have things to do as well and they don’t include sitting around waiting on your tech.

July 7, 2022 received regular scheduled service, wasn't billed (postmarked) until August 11. On August 12 (postmarked), I got a letter stating my account was past due and that I must have overlooked payment due for July service. This is the third time in the last 12 months I have gotten this type of notice and have complained directly to the St. Augustine office about their inability to send out billing on time for my account. So they basically robbed us, we canceled our service with them and three months later they showed up at the house that we no longer lived in because we moved and they performed their “service“ And then proceeded to charge us for it and I called and told them that we no longer live there and canceled the service months ago and that I wanted a refund and they argued with me about giving me a refund and still have not given it to me, worste customer service ever and they are corrupt and criminal I would not use them
It has been 53 days since my husband and I signed up for services. We have had at least 5 appointments. Only once has someone come to render these services. His equipment failed before he could start the process. He stated that he would make a new appointment and never did. Throughout the process, I had two different men state they would make an appointment in my behalf and never did. They don’t deliver as promised. Took my money three weeks ago and never followed up to complete the service. I have had to call four times to get service. Then they didn’t show up. Then they said they could send someone over in 45 minutes but could promise that would happen. Worst ever!
Definitely just got a bill and did not receive service and last quarter nobody showed up to to do pest control on the inside but did outside (very poorly I might add) then when I called to have someone come out they treated me like it was my fault. I had them when I was staying in apartments before I bought my house and they were awesome so I sought them out,but now I feel like I made a mistake and I'm not paying a dime for no service.

I have been with this company since precision buy Massey is dropping ball. Fabian the guy who came to treat at my parents house told me when i met him outside he did service but my parents told me he did not service. So he lied he sprayed all over but didnt perform any service. I never had issues with precision but this company is horrible now.
