I had both pest and termite protection in my home. Several times I have not received email statement of my monthly service reports. When I call the office they tell me they will email them. Fun fact…..I have cameras around my home. The dates that they claim they were here….they we not. I called and complained to the service manager who was beyond rude. To all my friends and clients, please do not hire MASSEY Services Lawn Care. They are just name, a trash company. They just grab your money and forget about the customer service. The worst service ever. I got the water bill for around $600 because the person fixing the Irrigation system did it wrong and we didn’t know there was an underground leak and of course the grass is not as it supposed to be. Please do not hire this people.
When I first hired Massey years ago it was because I was tired of replacing sod and trying to maintain a healthy lawn. They did a great job for years up until 2020. Now I have weeds, crab grass, and dead grass. I had called in the past to let them know that the weeds were taking over part of my back yard and nobody ever showed up. I came here to check reviews since I am having such a problem with this company. Judging by the comments I am not the only one. Why not just pack it in? Very shady. The first guy to come out brushed my house. Then told me he would be back in 30 days. I called they never showed up. I was told he was supposed to treat the lawn. Again he only brushed the house. Update ( from ⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) When I wrote this review (below) 11 months ago I had no intentions on staying with Massey. What's transpired over this time completely changed my mind. I was contacted by Bryan Lawrence and he came to see what was going on. He corrected some mistakes and talked me through what he was going to do. I was grateful for the correction but still lacked trust that it would be good going forward. That's changed. Massey at 1st was good but then new people started coming and ruined our lawn. They killed the grass, there is a bunch of different weeds all over and they do nothing. We have called multiple times and we always get “ manager will call you shortly” and they never do. Last time they came they said “ manager is scheduled to come and inspect and nothing yet.. Really irresponsable from their end . But they are fast to collect payment when they come. 😡 BAD BAD!!!!!
They can't even do a yearly termite inspection . Pitiful employes!
Massey Services have been caring for my lawn services and pest control for the past 3 years. My lawn currently looks worse than it did when I purchased the property. All I get are excuses. They clearly do not stand behind their services and I would not recommend them. They are total waste of money

Do NOT recommend. They said we had too many weeds for them to treat the yard for weeds. We are calling a competitor! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
