If the driver of a Massey truck I encountered today is representative of the company they need to be put out of business. In a hurry on my way to work traveling on a 2 lane divided Ave. Seeing the Massey truck ahead I moved to the left lane. As I approached the vehicle in front of me I went to change lanes again. That's when I discovered the guy in the Massey truck had sped up to intentionally block me from changing lanes. He puposely went out of his way to cause a dangerous traffic condition. We are in The Villages. My mother has Massey for lawn, irrigation and pest control. Lawn services are AWFUL!! Do not take the Discount by paying for a year! You won’t get a refund of the unused time if cancel. My mother has called several times because lawn not done routinely. Massey claims mowing, weed eating and blower are all part of it. The guys mowing DO NOTHING other than mow. Her grass is up to and over her walls around flower beds!! Missed patches and didn’t mow one section. This is not a one time issue. Seems like they can never come when you call!! Especially when your leaving town next day!!

Massey does NOT work for pest control. They try to pressure you to sign up before even providing service. Highly NOT recommended. Avoid.

Terribly dissatisfied with not only their product but their customer service. You can’t get ahold of anybody to help you. Service techs always find an excuse to “have to comeback”. Don’t waste your money, because you’ll be wanting it back…… like we are

Does not work for pest prevention. They try to pressure you to sign up before doing any service. Not recommended.

I had the worst experience with a customer service rep Gabriella in Winter Haven, FL. I called to schedule an appointment at 1:02pm to have them come look at an issue I was having. They said my quarterly is Thursday. I booked it for Friday since someone would be home. Fast forward 40 mins later I saw that the issue had gotten worse. I called Massey 2:00pm on the dot and asked for them to come today to come look at it. The issue has moved to other places of the house and I cannot go days without someone coming out.
