I had the worst experience with a customer service rep Gabriella in Winter Haven, FL. I called to schedule an appointment at 1:02pm to have them come look at an issue I was having. They said my quarterly is Thursday. I booked it for Friday since someone would be home. Fast forward 40 mins later I saw that the issue had gotten worse. We had them since nov and nit once did my problem get resolved and the manger even told me that the tech shot fired they send me a threatening letter for $95 so I figured if I need $95 that badly without doing their job I will just pay them they could give two hoots about what they do for you I still had bugs in my garage heavily I had to hire a new company and they still expect me to pay I do not recommend them Joyce McDonough

BEWARE of this company! We recently had a tent put over the house for termite extermination and it was the most negative experience ever!!! Who opens a deep freezer during the process?!?! We had over $2,000 worth of food in two deep freezers in the garage all spoiled and had to be trashed because they thought it would be a good idea to exterminate the deep freezers. Then they basically told us “oh well” you should have removed the items. The catch to this is that they never opened the refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen.... read more

I’ve had Massey’s services for 15 years. They never do what they are paid to do. We have cameras. They know we have cameras and yet they still do not even go into our back yard to do treatments or anything else that is in our contract. I will be going with another company that will actually take care of my lawn.

If you use this business make sure you are home because they lie and say they came out and didn’t. i have cameras to show that they didn’t come. Also don’t use a tech named Jonah. He lies and he didn’t remove a hornet nest. They had to send someone else out to service my home. I have had a bad experience with them. They are cheap that’s I why I dealt with them, but I guess you get what you pay for.
