So I had Massey for a year doing my patio and I had to call them 4 times to come back a fix a poorly done job. The team, simply did not learned. Also, I cannot stand the fact that they always leave their truck running while performing a service increasing their already high carbon signature (carbon emissions), wasting gas resources, which will increase their operating costs.

We had Massey for an entire year. i was never home when they came but i called a few times in the summer because the back yard wasnt green. i was home one day and come to find out they werent going in the back yard at all. they auto renewed and i didnt know they did this. i contacted them immediatly and now they want to place mechnic lean on our house for 59.99. the manager. is aware the year of service wasnt preformed to quality

Don’t set up autopay! They’ll bill you and not show up. Then when you document that you were charged and no service performed with video proof, they tell you they’ll make it right immediately and a month later you still haven’t heard a word despite following up. So …. I spoke to them at length December 3. Received assurance Someone would be out within 2 days. Nothing. Followed up 10 days later. Assured I’d hear back quickly. It’s been over a month now . . . I'm a new customer we had the initial treatment on Nov 9. Was told he would be back in a month to check the lawn aswell as someone cones out aerate the lawn. It is now December 29th and no one has been out. I called the office and two times they said he would be out and nobody shows up. At this point I'm going to call and cancel to go with another company with better service and communication. I'm in the Saint Cloud FL area.

Massey has effectively killed our lawn. I used to do the lawn myself and throw out some weed and feed once every six months. I signed up with Massey lawn services to try to get the lawn more lush. We signed up for monthly but realized that we didn’t need shrub care so moved to bimonthly. The lawn in the backyard started to look thicker at first so that was good but the front yard started declining. At first Massey said it was because I moved to bimonthly and not monthly. I was advised in both writing and via phone yesterday on 12/13/21 by Mercedes Schmit that termite treatment of my home was due for renewal by 12/23/21 and that a payment in the amount of $225 was needed. I paid for the renewal as termite treatment is inevitable especially with wood frame homes. While in my garage today, 12/14/21 I realized that my home had already been treated in March of this year and that no additional services should be needed until March 2022. ***Update*** Today 12/15/21 I received a phone call personally from Regional Manager Chris and let me say that the phone call was truly a pleasure. This is not only because Chris offered to refund my payment but more so because he was empathetic, understanding, kind and professional in that he accepted accountability for the mishap!!
