Used Massey for an ant issue I had in 2020. They set some bait up, and 2 days later the ants quadrupled. They came back out, and did a few other things. Long story short, they could not get rid of ants. Charged me $140 for first visit and $80 quarterly. Canceled services, which they allowed and hired Terminix. Terminix had ants gone less than 24 hours. Fast forward to today. New Port Richey, FL I was driving home after dropping off my daughter at her before/after school program and surprise surprise, I saw one of their drivers cut from the far right lane, across 2 lanes of traffic to the far left lane cutting off multiple cars doing so. the kicker? no blinker to tip it all off and proceeded to speed 20+ over the speed limit. Talk about a way to cause an accident. judging by your reviews, this seems par for the course. I can't wait for your driver's to cost you millions in insurance claims.

I would give this company zero stars if possible. Now that I’m reading other reviews on here I wish I would’ve come across these reviews prior to signing up for service. The first time Massey came to my house the tech only treated under 2 bathroom sinks (in a 2,000sq ft house) that’s literally all he treated upon arrival and told me “I’m not going to spray the house because of the boxes” (we moved in a month prior, you could navigate around the minimal amount of boxes) he was just being lazy. I’ve had Massey for a couple of years now and they are terrible just today they were at my house now mind you I’ve been sitting on my back porch since 7:30 this morning I left at 10 to go to the store and there is a bill from them hanging on my door saying they were there for 30 minutes well they never came into my back yard so how did they do their service this is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them but after today I’m done with them

Massey is a great service if you like being scammed out of money. I am on disability and gave them $400 in July to start my service. The guy that was assigned to my house was very polite however only showed up when he could get around to my house. I paid for my monthly service and yet had a month ( 1 week here and 1 week there) of no shows. When I went to cancel my service, the lady talked about making my account an manager account only. followed their directions on how animals can be returned to the sprayed area, even waited longer than suggested, yet still somehow within 24 hours , painful death occurred. 100% certain it was due to poisoning according to all feedback received including professional. heart broken. stuck in a year contract and that was visit 1.
