Beware of Massey. Their motto should be “expect less and get it” and “Massey Brown up service.” Below are before and after pictures of what you get paying for “guaranteed satisfaction” with monthly service, not to mention spending almost $600 for their command product that is supposed to “green up” your yard. Absolute worst for lawn care services!!! Killed my grass in my front yard and refused to fix. All they could do is blame others when they obviously killed the lawn!!! Local manager is a joke and refuse to fix. They have the audacity to keep sending me bills for their mistake: own up to it and fix it!!!! Complete jokers with no clue how to perform!!

Their Lawn Mowing service has gone to Crap… Here we go again… what is wrong with these guys. For a while I have a female cutting the grass an it was pretty good. Going to have to find another service.

We used Massey to get rid of a German cockroach issue. We were told by the inspector that they would also come out every three months to continue with making sure they’re gone inside of the house if we sign up for it at $85 every three months. However it appears we were lied to and the company only plans on taking care of the outside of the house. Which we did not agree to. We would have never signed up for an entirely different issue. Tried cancelling because their product doesn’t work and the company gave me the hardest time with nasty smart-ass attitude. I called to cancel and the person on the phone said I will receive a call from the GM. He calls me and asks why I want to cancel and I tell him it hasn’t worked for me. Avoid this company! My husband canceled service because we sold the house and moved out of state. They came anyway and promptly billed our card on file even though we had canceled well in advance. My husband called and they told him they can’t issue a refund and to dispute it with our bank. This is unacceptable.
BEWARE ! Do not fall from sweet words of their salesguys. they auto charge us and this happens twice without showing up. They said they locate the team on our area. But failed to show on my front and backyard CCTV. Do they have invisible guys working on my yard not visible on my camera? 🥺 We’ve been calling them this whole afternoon and no luck. Even the auto call back is failing. Bad service!!

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT support this business. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! They will charge your account, not show up for the service, and not even call to say they’re unable to make it. 1. I had to call them due to a caterpillar issue. 2. The lady said “oh someone was supposed to be there on Monday and didn’t show up, let me reschedule it for you”. 3.
