There employees don’t get paid for the work they do and the company doesn’t care about them only the money they make.
They will destroy your property and not take any responsibility whatsoever if they break something .

We hired Massey Services to take care of pest problem in our church fellowship hall in July 2020. They sent a young man in a truck that he couldn't turn off because it wouldn't restart. he did the treatment which consisted of a few glue traps and used no chemicals. He said that was the way they did it. 2 weeks later we placed a call back because the treatment hadn't helped. They promise a lot, but don't show up. i need to call each month and told they will be out tomorrow. tomorrow comes and not service, call and they send someone out after dark, he can't seem the yard and walks around randomly spraying. the sales person was good but service sucks

Beware of Massey. Their motto should be “expect less and get it” and “Massey Brown up service.” Below are before and after pictures of what you get paying for “guaranteed satisfaction” with monthly service, not to mention spending almost $600 for their command product that is supposed to “green up” your yard. Absolute worst for lawn care services!!! Killed my grass in my front yard and refused to fix. All they could do is blame others when they obviously killed the lawn!!! Local manager is a joke and refuse to fix. They have the audacity to keep sending me bills for their mistake: own up to it and fix it!!!! Complete jokers with no clue how to perform!!
