We’ve had a contract with Massey since 12/24/2019 for landscape services, pest control and termite inspection. My lawn has always been the nicest in the community and I’ve always received compliments on it. We have St. Augustine. Our last lawn service was done on 1/23/20. I was going to have sod put down in the flowerbed in front of the house inorder to make it smaller. groveland management doesn't keep their word, or appt. they don't return calls. wouldn't use them anymore. going to do my own repairs since I am waiting since 12/20. never showed again, wife lost a days wages to wait. the warranty means nothing to them. terminex bound worst 2 years of any service company

Had Massey for a few years. Started off with a new sod of front lawn grass. Was good at first but now it looks just terrible. I’m embarrassed by it. My yard is very small (zero lot line) they didn’t even offer to fix it. I have pictures if you message me I will send them to you. Definitely DO NOT recommend them.

Requested to have lawn looked at twice. Seeing more weeds than ever and just can’t seem to get a call back or a visit. I spoke to last tech that came and called 800 #. I can’t locate an email to reach anyone that way but I’m out of ideas to get help!

Referred them to a friend for pest control because they had provided good service for my home. This home had a much larger problem and they had to do an extensive treatment. After the service was complete they had ruined eleven of the Lanai screens and broke 17+ tile on the roof, even causing a leak. The damages totaled $5000.00 and Massey was paid $5600 dollars for the job. They stated that it said in a contract that any damages were the owners responsibility but this is beyond normal damage when it comes to $5000 and they... read more

Honor their contract. I was so impressed with my initial inspection and the list of services included. However, almost none of those are ever done and the technicians are highly annoyed when I ask them to do the services listed. All they are interested in is spraying and putting granules out outside. The checklist Massey provides is extensive and quite impressive however, it’s not upheld. I have been very patient but am throughly disappointed. They offer 100% guarantee but it’s simply false advertisement. I would NOT recomme... read more

They call to make a scheduled service appointment & the technician never shows up. This is the third time this has happened. I think it's time to find a new pest control service. Massey sucks

I had Massey for 4 years and had no major issues. However, I sold my home and called them to let them know I didn't want to continue with their services because I no longer would be at the house. Unfortunately, they "can't find a record of my call to cancel" and continued to charge me for my services at a house I no longer own. They are now threatening to take me to a collection agency to pay for a service I cancelled. These people are scammers and have horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs! (Especially Kendra)

Massey bought out the company we were using right before the pandemic hit and their service has been lacking, for lack of a better word. They have charged me full price for their quarterly service but yet to do a full service on my home since March. The last two regular service days they came, 1 was a day before a major hurricane was supposed to hit us (I highly doubt anything treated outside would have survived the storm) and the second they came a day after it had pored and the technician told my dad who was staying with u... read more
