Once had a strong approach to service and results. Not in the past few years. I finally worked with a regional manager who agreed to some improvements but then nothing was done

please do not use this pest control company, once the guy came out and sprayed it left white resude on my vinyl siding i had to have someone come out and get it replaced, they said its from the pesticides so I will never use them again, even the guy from massey came out and said it wasnt from them and hes never seen that in his 14 years of pest services like just own up to your own mistakes

Zero communication. Incomplete and incorrect work. Not worth the money! I am having Massey Services in Eustis complete some landscaping. The the job was quoted in July but delayed due to COVID. No problem. Flexibility is needed in these unprecedented times. However, the contractor showed up last Monday, 8/3. I had to show the crew everything that was supposed to be done. There are tons of pest control services out there and Massey is one YOU SHOULD NEVER GO WITH. They will send you sales guys that sell you a lies that their own technicians don't know they service. They just do not look after you once the service is done! "It's the North Carolina law. There's nothing we can do about." says Massey manager. What a way to run a business.

We’ve had Massey for 2 years and I just cancelled the contract. Beyond disappointed. When we first started with them service was great and our lawn looked good. We talked to the technician and he addressed our concerns or explained what we are seeing with our lawn. Fast forward over the past year we’ve had 3 or 4 new people taking care of the lawn. It takes a lot to push me into writing a review, but Massey Services finally did just that. I'm big on facts...so here it goes: -We closed on our house on 07/15/2020. -At the beginning of July I set up an appointment with their sales representative for 07/20/2020. I paid this company for one year in advance for all services they cut my grass once in June after Neighbors complained it was so her once in July and then today after complaints they came cut my grass. Neighbors called saying the grass cutters blew all the grass out into the street and left a mess. The Wii control people have done nothing to get the weeds out of the beds are off of my house that are growing up to gutters
