Absolutely ridiculous!!! Please read before Deciding on Massey!! I had Massey for around a year now for the roach problem ive had. it worked ok definitely no 4-5 star satisfaction as they kept coming back no matter how clean we kept it. Cancelled services back in May and still continuing to get calls to schedule appointments and now the reps are coming to my house to try to "schedule" appointments since I did not call him back. Contact me again and will file harassment charges.

Value So when I had my First free initial evaluation with the technician a whole house inspection was not done. They are suppose to check for termites which the technician didn’t do. The technician didn’t even go upstairs to evaluate my upstairs for any pests. I had to call and send pictures of a pest that I thought was a termite. A week after that the we scheduled for the technician to come out and do the first initial application for pests. Massey has provided pest control in our building with the same technician for more than 5 years. When there was an occasional pest problem this friendly tech was always quick to respond and swiftly resolve the issue in a professional manner. A few months ago, you assigned a new technician to our building. Shortly thereafter we became infected with flies in the hallway, lobby, office, laundry room, my unit and other areas. The office manager sent my fiancé nudes he was a customer, but found him on fb and sent the nudes I contacted the person in charge to see what is there to be done about this, because that’s inappropriate behavior!!!! From the girl Geneva pence or how ever you spell her first name. I will be pressing chargers I’ve already talked to the cops about her and yes you can press charges for harassment. My fiancé’s reply to this girl was “ ew I don’t want your saggy titty behind.” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!!!!
Terrible service. Had them spraying my lawn for over a year Grass looks worse now then ever. Called to cancel and talk to a supervisor he was busy and guess what?? Never got a return call. NEVER AGAIN PROMISES PROMISES TO GET WEEDS UNDER CONTROL NEVER DID.
I had a dead animal next to a rat trap. I called to have it removed per their service. I called after the Ft Myers office closed and was assured that it would be removed the following morning which was Saturday. Nothing happened so I called at 2pm on Saturday to be told the office was closed.
