I've been trying to have Dave L come out since February after my lawn was first, not fertilized entirely and second, overfertilized by the same tech. I gave him a second chance per Dave. Always had great customer service with Justin but he has been promoted. Dave has been a no show, no co tact 4 times in 3 months. Bad customer service. Done with this company.

When my wife and I moved into our home, the previous owner let us know that they had a balance remaining for a service plan that had been prepaid available with Massey Services. So, we spoke with one of their sale representatives -- Doug Miller. He's incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He helped us get signed up for quarterly pest control services, and lawn/shrub fertilizer. We even had several sprinkler heads replaced around our property. I’ve had their “ Services” for over 3 years. They DO NOTHING! An initial inspection and after that any situation they claim that is not party of the services they offer. Bought a house had all the sod in the back yard replaced before hiring Massey. Grass is now dying and the Manager Daniel has advised me Massey is not obligated to fix or replace all the areas the grass has died. Save your money and hire someone else unless you want dead grass. FYI Daniel was rude and belittled other Massey employees. Told me their employee Jeff is a nobody. If they can’t treat their own people right how do you think they are going to treat your yard. Canceling both yard and pest service.
So admittedly I am at fault for this to happen! But I am a small business owner who travels for work full time. I was did not pay my lawn maintenance bill and it went 90 days past due. I did receive a call about a past due balance and an email stating it was urgent they speak to me. Upon reviewing today there was several more emails in my junk.
