RecommendedMy grandmother had an incident where a mistake was made (the wrong plants were sprayed) and Massey went above and beyond to make it right. They planted an entire new bed of flowers (of her choice!) for her, and made sure to come out and apologize in person. Classy company! Also Tony at the NSB office is very patient and professional. Highly recommend!

We have been hearing noises in our attic for the past few days so we had Massey Pest Services of Orange Park Florida come out today to see what was going on and see what they could do to resolve the issue. Our Technician Mr. William Albino climbed into our attic and did not see any pests at first, so he walked the outside of the house to see if he could see and entry point and found one. My Entire Family have used Massey Services for years~They are excellent in our book for certain. No roaches, fleas, spiders or ants and yes we live in Florida. We all have spacious homes and I have Oak trees nearby with lots of leaves that fall, which one knows in Fl. them critters LOVE that. Larry says good morning everyone. She got spayed yesterday and recommends all pets do the same. She loves her tent and it's way better than a crate. Of course her daddy, Thomas Walton , slept there all night and now mom has day duty. 1 day down. 9 to 13 to go. All things pass in time. Khalid is absolutely the best tech I’ve ever had and I’ve been in the property management business for almost 4 years so I’ve had quite a few techs from other companies. Khalid with Massey takes great care of all of my residents if an issue arises and makes sure my property stays nice and bug free. Just the way we like it. 10/10
