I have paid over 50 a month for YEARS for their lawn service. You would think I’d have no weeds. The weeds are so bad my HOA is fining me 35 a day and they’re going to put a lien on my house. Save your money. I’ve called several times, and asked for the manager To come to see my weeds and notices from my HOA. Surprise no show Anthony who would service Lawrenceville GA. Your lawn will always look like this if you use Massey

Bought my new construction house in May 2014. My annual contract should be in May...in my opinion. Massey treated my home while it was being built in February. I explained over and over that due to high medical bills I incur in the beginning of the year, every year, I would like to renew in May, which is when I bought the house. For some reason, Massey refuses my repeated request. I made an inspection appointment for April, when I can afford the bill. They call every other day looking for payment. Change the OLD fashion customer service style. This company will not pre-schedule their services with you or send text / email notifications to alert customers when they are going to do home pest control services, therefore you will NOT get the interior of your home serviced. They also lack attention to details. They leave the lawn fertilizer pellets on your side walk and driveways thus creating damaging stains on those areas. 2 years and I did not see any "amazing" improvement in the overall look of our lawn. Been a customer almost 24 years. The last 2 years have been a disaster. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have had portions of yard re-sodded, when that died they went with plugs. The sedge is out of control, portions of yard very thin and spares. Talked with manager numerous times and all I get is excuses. I have never had a communication with office and did not get an excuse. I have Massey for 14 years while in Windermere with no issues. I moved into a new home in Apopka 5 years ago and have nothing buy issues. I have more weed types in my lawn than I have ever seen before. They miss fertilizing all areas of my yard on a regular basis. They were out today to complete a part of my lot that missed (backyard). That was the last draw. Had all my services with them and cancelling at once.

they have got to have the worst system that I have ever seen . I have been in some kind of sales for over 40 years and I have never come across idiots like this. not only did the salesman lie to me and something that it was easier to tell the truth but then the office gave my wife a hard time on the phone I called the manager and he don't call me back he calls my wife back. Have been with Massey in Palm Coast for less than a year, since the home we bought had a contract with them. Since the first time they’ve been out, I’ve requested phone calls prior to the day they would be coming since I have outdoor animals, which it even says on their receipts not to have animals contact within 30 minutes of applying... 3 out of 4 times, they have not contacted me when they would be coming out and have complete disregard for my request so I can be sure to have my animals safely put away.
