Just purchased a house and needed termite protection and lawn care. Checked out a few places before deciding on Massey. Jim Livingston came out and scheduled putting in termite bait stations. Then looked at our irrigation system. It was a mess! However, Jim worked on it all day fixing the broken pipes, putting in and replacing broken heads and installed a timer for everything. I recently moved and my irrigation system was not working. I called Massey Services of Ocala. Jim Livingston was my technician. Can’t praise this gentleman enough. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and so kind. He explained what I needed, what he was doing and showed me all about the controls. He even returned my call immediately and came back later to answer my concerns. He then checked my yard for the reason my grass was dying and now I’m a happy new home owner. Great man and technician.
I had a one-year plan for Massey to provide services. Unfortunately, due to my travel, they could only inspect the exterior of the home when I was up for my one-year review. When I called to schedule the interior review before my one-year review I was told they were only in my area on Tuesdays. Unfortunately the next two Tuesdays would not work for me so I scheduled for a Tuesday that was one week beyond my one year contract. Kevin was so nice and thoughtful. The fact that he wore shoe covers to come inside with so respectful of our home. He was informative, patient and kind. He knows his information very well and is very educated. He also helped us to learn lots of new things being that we are new to Florida. He’s a great representation of the company and a pleasurable person to speak to. A+++
Jay just completed a valve replacement on my irrigation system. His detective work quickly found the issue, he had the needed part, fixed it expertly, and he re-set my system controller to ensure seamless future lawn watering. Appreciate the service!
