We have been using Massey Pest Control service for a few years now and were very happy with the quality of services and communication. Very unhappy with Massey Pest Control. I had a bug problem with mosquitoes, gnats and some flies, they kept taking my money every single month, never told me they do not take care of mosquitoes and other flying insects inside my house, just kept spraying and taking my money. Then finally the office manager told me they do not spray for flying insects, when I called to complain that I still had a huge problem with bugs. I’ve been using Massey’s service for about two years now, and have been very satisfied. I always get a phone call the day before the service with a time frame. The service guy is friendly and always calls me by my name. He addresses any issues I have and the emails me a detailed report on what was done. I would highly recommend Massey
I moved into my home and discovered that I needed my sprinkler system serviced and my yard to be fertilized and the weeds to be gone. Massey sent Shy Adam's to my home to set up a plan. Shy is awesome and I am so happy with her concern and care of resolving and correcting my two issues. If you ever need any yard services, call Massey and you will be very happy with your results too. I just received a call from a Massey representative, and I was appalled by how unprofessional and disrespectful the experience was. The woman who called tried to aggressively pressure me into renewing a service I clearly said I wasn’t interested in at the moment. When I told her not to pressure me, she responded sarcastically with, “That’s what everyone says” and then added, “ you’ll get termites, you’ll call back.” Threatening people with scare tactics and talking down to customers is not how you provide good service.
