I scheduled a termite inspection. Nobody showed up, nobody called. I rescheduled and that time, a guy showed up and did half of it. He scheduled the other half. Nobody came and nobody called. I got that rescheduled for today 10-12. Finally a guy comes at 12.15. Very annoying to have to fight to get a service that I paid for.

One star is too high. We hired this company. We agreed to a set amount. They attempted to charge a fee on our card that wasn't owed. On top of that we just had our driveway and sidewalk power washed by another company. When Massey came along their Employee left chemicals up and down our newly power washed sidewalk and all the way down the road to another customers home. His footprints are on the sidewalk. I used this company for pest management and was very happy with the results, friendly staff and always responded to questions and concerns. Till I decided to use themg for lawn service. DO NOT USE THEM FOR LAWN SERVICE. I was having some challenges with back and front yards. I used the service for 4 times and never saw improvement in the back yard, I called them after the 1st application to ensure the backyard was treated and was ensured it was. Do not make the mistake others did before you, just read the bad reviews from the people who had bad experience with this company. I wish they could be posted on all Review sites. by sharing my experience I hope I saved some people the stress and aggravation of dealing with this pest treatment company.
