Massey Pest Control is the WORST company every to deal with. I have had issues for years with them on communication, showing up unannounced , sending unqualified people, billing me for services NOT rendered and have been waiting for a week to get a return call from management. I am looking to change but want a bigger company has anyone used Penninsular or a bigger size company they recommend? MASSEY YOUR ARE THE PITS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IMO. Do NOT recommend. They said we had too many weeds for them to treat the yard for weeds. We are calling a competitor! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
