I didn’t have a great experience with Massey. They failed to provide enough herbicide if any and it just resulted in so many weeds. Same when it came to carpenter ants 🐜 I had to rid them myself because they wouldn’t put dust in the walls and take other measures which I did myself. Lastly I asked for a refund and cancellation on early March and still nothing as of today. They will also try to blame you or your landscaper and say they are the issue for whatever reason. We have had service with Massey continuously for the past two years. Our experience has been anything but satisfactory. The last 6 months has lead to the Massey products damaging and killing 50% of our lawn. The management team has been out to visit our property on multiple occasions to assess, however, no solutions have been attempted after each conversation. We are so pleased with quality of the products they use, and they have kept our home and our yard pest free for years. I purchased a lawn renovation services package from Massey back in Mid February, and I still have not received this even though it’s very nearly the end of April/beginning of May. I’ve also called into customer service many times, and they’re unable to provide me with a time estimate to get the new sod installed or call me back.
