Winter Garden Massey Services. My yard is always full of weeds. They hardly show up. It's been three months and they still haven't come to treat my lawn. We’ve had termite service with Massey Services for years and expanded to lawn service last year, in an attempt to eliminate the time-consuming chore of lawn care by paying for this service. The experience has been disappointing, at best. I have actually spent more time trying to deal with Massey than it would have taken me to treat the lawn myself. On top of all that, our lawn looks worse than ever: weeds, yellow/bare patches, moles, etc. on what is arguably one of the smallest lawns under their care (less than 900 sq. ft.).... read more
The basic pest control might be acceptable. The first visit gentlemen, whose name I regrettably don't recall, proclaimed a high level of service due to the zip code we live. His service was fantastic. But alas, that was short lived because that was his only visit. The mosquito service up-charge is a complete waste. The technician put this black container that is supposed to be filled with insecticide and a floater with mesh. Harry Kuhns came to our home to do a yearly termite inspection. He was on time, very professional, and just went above and beyond to assure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. He took his time and went room to room to make sure we had no issues. Harry didn’t rush, he gave more time than was expected. He was kind and courteous. It was very obvious that he was knowledgeable in his field. I had a great experience!
Dwight is the technician that provides my pest service. He is so polite, professional and timely. This is my favorite service with Massey! He takes care of insects inside and out. I never have a problem. I was concerned when Whitney, prior technician, moved. He was great. Finally, Massey assigned Dwight to my address. I have been very pleased. Thank you Dwight!
