Friday, January 17 Jacob came out to fix a leak in my irrigation line. He arrived first thing in the morning and it was bitterly cold for Florida. He worked on the leak for three hours solid. It was grueling, messy work and took him down a lot of rabbit holes. He eventually found two lakes the main one being 3 feet deep in mud and clay. Inspector Doug Miller was incredibly informative and thorough throughout our initial consultation. He was friendly and went out of his way to make sure that our lawn was being watered appropriately. He was not pushy trying to sell services we did not need. Doug was a true professional. I’m sure Massey has great customer retention when that customer gets to work with Doug.
Graig was my Massey technician today. I was in the process of moving my washer and dryer out of my garage and he took the time to help me after he finished spraying and cleaning away the spider webs from the gutter overhang. I really appreciate his help. Massey has great customer service and I appreciate their technicians.
Doug is the best. He is extremely professional and friendly. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and answers all questions. He even goes further to explain what he is doing, why and how something can happen. I highly recommend Doug and his expertise.
