Massey has been an excellent service provider for years. This year we decided to add the termite protection and Rolando Alvarado was an amazing technician. He did a fantastic job, was respectful and explained everything thoroughly.
He was very polite and professional. At work, he was very careful and thoughtful. He always arrived on time or informed us for time changes. Thank him for efficient treatment, now our home is safe from pest disturbances.

Wayne Prentiss was an awesome inspector, not only was he comfortable of allowing me to let him in remotely, but he had great customer service skills. He informed me of 3 wasp nests under my patio and made suggestions of how to get rid of them. In addition, he pulled my garbage can by my garage door and asked if I wanted him to place it inside, him knowing I can open the garage remotely. William Prentiss is the reason Massey Services receives 5 stars 🌟 today!
Gilberto provided excellent pest control service—professional, punctual, and very thorough. Everything was explained clearly, and the results were immediate. Highly recommend Massey services and Gilberto for reliable, high‑quality pest control!
