We called to have the interior of our home sprayed, they scheduled us very quickly. Jesse came out and did a great job, he’s very informative and very helpful, and we really appreciated his expertise! I would feel comfortable calling him with any questions I would have, knowing that he would be helpful and answer them. I appreciate it very much that Massey responded so quickly! Great company, Jesse is a great service technician!
Grace came by to perform an annual inspection today. I had some concerns about the termite bait traps so she took the time to locate and inspect every trap around the perimeter of the house, all the while answering every question I had about them. Grace was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about her job. Thank you Grace for taking the time to do that, even at the end of a long day!
Grace Burdine our Massey Services inspector came by today and despite the heat she went round and checked the bait stations around our house. She told us exactly what she was doing and why and had obviously researched our house before coming. Am excellent job and we appreciate it. Thank you
Do NOT use Massey services. We renewed our termite contract after our one year expired from the builder. They took the payment at the time the appointment was set up over the phone. Then never showed up to do the service at 2 different scheduled appointments. We’ve been waiting for over 4 weeks and still no refund. Meanwhile they’ve sent a person without notice to collect their termite stakes. We’ve already had a new company come and install new ones and have Massey’s boxed up.
