We moved into this house 5 years ago and have had Massey Service every year. Both the Pest Service and the Termite Protection inspections are done with care and integrity. The employees always ring the doorbell and let us know they are working around our property and ask if we have any issues. Jay Richardson has been our Termite Inspector for the past several years and he is always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Massey Service.
Had service for almost 2 years with this company. I was told if I'm getting bugs during my quarterly service they will come out no problem, which has been the case up until last month. The lady wanted me to wait until April 1st because it was almost time for my quartly visit. I said no I wanted someone out and they came out end of March and then charged me a month early for my service. Had Masseys for 1 yr and was very disappointed.The lady that signed us up was professional at that time but everything went downhill from there.Everytime I called for an issue I was having ,I was passed on to another person&everyone I spoke to was rude.Even when I called on my last month with them to cancel my service, they asked if I wanted to speak with a manager &I said Yes,no one ever called me back.This is unacceptable. Dont waste your money on this company!
We called to have the interior of our home sprayed, they scheduled us very quickly. Jesse came out and did a great job, he’s very informative and very helpful, and we really appreciated his expertise! I would feel comfortable calling him with any questions I would have, knowing that he would be helpful and answer them. I appreciate it very much that Massey responded so quickly! Great company, Jesse is a great service technician!
Showed up 5 hours early for a lawn service quote while I was not home. No call or text prior. So many questions left unanswered. Awesome job Massey!
