We called to have the interior of our home sprayed, they scheduled us very quickly. Jesse came out and did a great job, he’s very informative and very helpful, and we really appreciated his expertise! I would feel comfortable calling him with any questions I would have, knowing that he would be helpful and answer them. I appreciate it very much that Massey responded so quickly! Great company, Jesse is a great service technician!
Used the wrong fertilizer per person who came out to look at grass. Killed 1/2 my grass. Was supposed to give me a quote on a re-sod. Called twice. Got one verbal. I told them they were way too high. I was told he was gonna look into it and I never heard back. Called to cancel service. They said someone would be reaching out. Three weeks later still waiting. Incompetence at its highest level. Please don’t tell me when you respond to this you’re sorry and someone will be reaching out and don’t reach out again.
Grace came by to perform an annual inspection today. I had some concerns about the termite bait traps so she took the time to locate and inspect every trap around the perimeter of the house, all the while answering every question I had about them. Grace was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about her job. Thank you Grace for taking the time to do that, even at the end of a long day!
Showed up 5 hours early for a lawn service quote while I was not home. No call or text prior. So many questions left unanswered. Awesome job Massey!
