I'd been having a terrible time with ants in my new build. No matter how much I cleaned my kitchen counters, as soon as food was out these little tiny "Ghost" ants or "Sugar" ants came out of no where. I tried to follow their trial and always ended up at a dead end. I called Massey, they sent out Robert who looked around, actually FOUND A TRAIL and followed it. Patrick was amazing!! He came out to do the termite inspection and was very knowledge and kind. He answered all my questions and talked with me on what he was doing and why. I truly appreciate Massey and their awesome service. They are simply the best!
Jeremy went above and beyond to solve my bug issue. He looked everywhere to find the root cause. Attic, air handler, water heater, then when he looked behind the fridge he found we're they were camping out. Since he treated my home I have not seen a single pest!
