I was going out of town today and needed someone to come earlier then my already scheduled appointment. Gabriel was able to get here in a flash. He was very efficient at his job. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. He was able to point out a few things I should have secure because of pest could come in an make my home their home. I would most definitely recommend Massey Services to anyone looking.
Had the termite service for 3 years and everything has been great! Just finished this year's inspection and AJ was very helpful and professional. He clearly explained things to be on the look out for in case any development occurred that would require an upgrade of services. Massey will be that provider if the upcoming year requires it. AJ arrived for my Annual Termite Inspection and renewal. He was punctual and professional. Did a thorough inspection inside and out. Afterwards, we shared life experiences about raising children and grandchildren. In my opinion, he's a valued asset for Massey.
Only had a termite inspection so can’t speak to cost but the inspection went well. Gabe was down to earth, knowledgeable and forthright. If and when we need treatment, we will use Massey. Massey has done all our pest control since we built the house 25 years ago.
