He was professional, courteous, spent time answering questions and helped me make decisions on the next steps to take to remedy some minor problems. We purchased a new home last fall and, unbeknownst to us, the previous owners used this company. Because we didn’t know this company previously services the property, we happened to choose another company for pest control and termite protection. Now, after living here for 5 months, one of the Massey service technicians has shown up to our home unannounced twice with a nasty attitude and condescending tone because we aren’t using their services. The next time it happens, I’m calling the police. Stay off my property.
Vincent was wonderful when he came out to check our home. Our dogs weren’t necessarily a fan, but Vincent was nice to them so that’s all that matters!
