I was going out of town today and needed someone to come earlier then my already scheduled appointment. Gabriel was able to get here in a flash. He was very efficient at his job. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. He was able to point out a few things I should have secure because of pest could come in an make my home their home. I would most definitely recommend Massey Services to anyone looking.

I use Massey for both Pest as well as for Termite Control Service. Today, I had the pleasure of a new Termite Inspector, Gabriel. He started this Fall and is already one of the most customer-oriented vendor reps I’ve ever dealt with. Upon initial services from the other location we were very disappointed, almost on the verge of canceling our services. However, we were transferred to this location where Frank became our technician. Frank is very knowledgeable of his job! He thoroughly treated our home and was informative on what to expect from our services. Gabriel was professional, courteous, and helpful. He did a thorough inspection and pointed out places to keep pests/critters out of the attic and crawl space.

Date of services: 05/01/2025 and 05/13/2025 (Pensacola, Florida location) On 05/01/2025, Matt did another fantastic job on our quarterly pest control services.
