AJ came out to do a termite inspection and explained what he was looking for and was able to point out a couple of things that I should keep an eye on for the future. Even though he was just here for a termite inspection he pointed out a potential place rodents might be tempted to enter the wall. And he was super nice and professional. I am really happy.
Had the termite service for 3 years and everything has been great! Just finished this year's inspection and AJ was very helpful and professional. He clearly explained things to be on the look out for in case any development occurred that would require an upgrade of services. Massey will be that provider if the upcoming year requires it. AJ arrived for my Annual Termite Inspection and renewal. He was punctual and professional. Did a thorough inspection inside and out. Afterwards, we shared life experiences about raising children and grandchildren. In my opinion, he's a valued asset for Massey.
Gabe was very knowledgeable and explained all termite and bug issues in great detail. He was very attentive and was very thorough inspecting our home. Took off his shoes as wished and let me cover his black rubber screwdriver vor checking wood. Very attentive and pleasant. I would recommend him for sure.
