We've been using them for years!! Highly recommended, Jason is unbelievably nice and very easy to speak with. Not a pushy salesman like so many others. If you're in need of pest control, they're the best :-)
Wonderful branch. Dominic is always so friendly and does such a good job. Got rid of my bug problem in a matter of months.
The only problem I have with Massey is my lawn care guy. He never gets rid of the weeds. I always have to call and it's always the same complaint . 4/15/24: I've seen some serious improvements with Massey Services since this review I wrote a year ago. However , weeds are back so Idk if my same lawn guy is slacking off yet again. I know he didn't have the right chemicals on his truck when I had posted the old review. Massey Services overall does not take care of customers. I say this because the last lawn specialist had definitely been “Quiet Quitting” for a long time because my lawn went WAY DOWNHILL over the past 8 months; I mean, my nice St. Augustine lawn is now terribly overrun with weeds & crabgrass. The last guy would literally drive by my house, stick a “Massey” sign near the mailbox and drive away. I called the office requesting him to at least knock on the door as I had questions.
