I wanted to comment on what an outstanding job our Massey technician Mark Platt did on our new home. I arrived to the home finding live palmetto bugs greeting me at night in my bath and kitchen. I already had an appointment scheduled for later that week but Massey accommodated my issue and sent Marc out right away.
