Ben Cox and his crew did a great job on our landscape lighting. We had lights front and back on seven palm trees using twelve fixtures. They installed during the day and Ben said he would return later in the week after dark to make any necessary adjustments. Before he arrived, I checked the lights and was very surprised that none needed adjustments. Massey pest service provided by Collin has been top notch when compared to other companies. Collin is always professional, timely, informative and certainly demonstrates excellent customer service skills. I don’t usually give reviews but someone needs to know that he is a true asset to Massey with his thorough knowledge he provides and willingness to address any concerns we have had with our service. Collin is the BEST. Not only is he very knowledgeable and thorough in his work, he is kind and compassionate. Pests in your home can be a really stressful experience and Collin went above and beyond to make sure everything was treated properly and that I was comfortable with the process. I wish I could give a ten star review. I would HIGHLY recommend Collin and Massey Services to anyone looking for a pest management company.
