Barbara was very personable. She came in and asked how our Christmas was and shared that she spoiled her little ones as well. She doesn’t have to make conversation for the two minutes she’s inside our house but she definitely made us feel comfortable when sharing her experience. She also mentioned her products were kid and dog safe since she noticed I had my little ones walking around - she definitely loves her job and it shows !
I manage two apartment communities and our new tech Barbara Procter is absolutely amazing! I was ready to provide Massey a 30 day notice until Barbara came along. She does a great job treating the exterior of the buildings, as well as, my occupied and vacant units. She communicates issues and provides recommendations to get the issues resolved. Massey in PSL will rip you off. They lie and cheat. They will make an appt, not show, and still charge you. They will continue to charge you even after closing your account.... then harass you for not paying. Money back guarantee is a lie. They went 3 months without doing a treatment and still charged me.... harassing me to pay even after I closed my account. They would make appointments and not show up.
Skip Massey! Techs don't show up as scheduled, therefore don't treat the interior of residency, don't return calls, I practically begged for service. After multiple attempts to cancel my agreement the coordinator promissed me a tech would treat my home interior the same day, but AGAIN they showed up when no one was home, AGAIN treated the house exterior only, which was not what I been asking. Service coordinator committed to remove the last invoice from my account, yet the GM refuses to do so and refuses to speak with me. Sh... read more
