Mr Luis Diaz introduced himself and explained why he was at my residence and what he was going to do. He inspected all of my termite bait stations and informed me of the good results. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Great job. I’m very satisfied.

Luis Diaz from Massey Termite did my outside termite bait station 100%.He found that there was one not in proper range from last one. He explained to me what was wrong. Massey services inspector arrived right at the scheduled time. He checked all termite bait and made any needed adjustments. Luis Diaz was very polite and pleasant to deal with and gladly explained anything I asked. His service was excellent. I would recommend him for anyone.
Luis came over to install de termites protection devices. He explained to me how they work, answered all my questions, was super cordial. All great!
