Mr Luis Diaz introduced himself and explained why he was at my residence and what he was going to do. He inspected all of my termite bait stations and informed me of the good results. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Great job. I’m very satisfied.
Ryan, my Massey tech, is always on time, thorough and professional. We appreciate the work he does. I assumed that bugs in Florida would be an issue but we've had Massey since we moved to Florida in 2021 and we've had no issue with bugs in our home.
I've been using Massey for a couple of years now for termite prevention and they are fantastic. Great customer service, no termite issues and the process is streamlined so I don't even have to think about it. The technician Luis Diaz is polite, friendly and he does a great job!
I couldn’t be more disappointed with this company who took over a decent lawn and turned it into a chinch bug infested disaster. Despite multiple treatments for the bugs they’re still doing extensive damage. I made multiple calls to address early indications of a problem and was assured all OK. The two people who perform the treatments and maintenance of my irrigation system are incompetent. The only solution they would offer are grass plugs which take years to replace what they took over. I ditched them this week.
