Mr Luis Diaz introduced himself and explained why he was at my residence and what he was going to do. He inspected all of my termite bait stations and informed me of the good results. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Great job. I’m very satisfied.
Luis Diaz from Massey Termite did my outside termite bait station 100%.He found that there was one not in proper range from last one. He explained to me what was wrong. I've been using Massey for a couple of years now for termite prevention and they are fantastic. Great customer service, no termite issues and the process is streamlined so I don't even have to think about it. The technician Luis Diaz is polite, friendly and he does a great job!
After being a customer for 2 years Massey contacted me and said they could do a free review of my irrigation system fine so they came out and said to get it up and running it would be about $800 so I agreed as long the heads were pointed away from my fence, shed and pavers which they wrote on the agreement. Well during the testing phase the fence got hit by the sprinklers and coved it with rust from the well which is exactly what I didn't want. Massey services inspector arrived right at the scheduled time. He checked all termite bait and made any needed adjustments. Luis Diaz was very polite and pleasant to deal with and gladly explained anything I asked. His service was excellent. I would recommend him for anyone.
