Branden did an amazing job at the house today. Honestly, scheduling with the office was tough. The first guy I spoke to (to reschedule the first appointment) wasn’t interested in talking at all and actually tried to blow me off. Then, 2 days after I rescheduled, the office said they didn’t have anything on the schedule for the new time. THEN they said that they unilaterally rescheduled for a different day - which didn’t work for me. Branden performed a very thorough inspection of my property and even advised me on an issue I was having with one of my sprinkler heads. He left me a quote for future lawn care services but never made me feel pressured to sign a contract. I will definitely be calling him in the future for help with my lawn.
Branden McDonald just did the yearly termite Inspection on two houses for us. He called ahead, verified the time and addresses. He was on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He verified with the boss two questions I asked him about the warranty. He was personable, professional and thorough. I highly recommend him and Massey Service Inc.
