We have been with Massey for a year now and they are amazing. The customer service cannot be beat. Today, Dario Reed did our yearly inspection. He was so kind and personable. He did a thorough inspection and was very professional. He put on boot covers to protect my floors and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I hope he will be able to do my inspection next year. Thanks Dario and Massey! Great Job!
Billy Marks did an exceptional job on an inspection for my new home! He was prompt, professional, accurate, and not too pushy (because some sales and service people can be that way). Very personable and I’ll be using the services again simply because the customer service was very good!
James, technician, and Sydney, office manager, are an absolutely wonderful team. I really enjoy working with these two specifically. James always accommodates us to the best of his ability, even though we are not on his route and Sydney makes sure to help us get him scheduled for treatments and when he is unavailable will send someone else out in a timely manner. Will continue to use the service based on my experiences with this team.
My rent use to be $650 now $1050, but they never got rid of the pest. Mr. Person Sprayed my neighbors apartment and mines, they started to disappear. But this is a battle Keep it clean and keep spraying. Fighting roaches is a neverending story in apartments. ever since Mr. Person has been spraying, I rarely see any roaches. Keeping it clean and Massey spraying helps.
Chris is amazingly kind, knowledgeable and thorough treating my apartment for bugs. He explained what he was doing while treating. I'm confident I will see my pest eliminated over the next couple of weeks.
