Massey team member Rob was prompted in his arrival time at my home. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, we had a brief conversation and he detailed to me, as a reminder on what he was about to do. Extremely professional and I was pleased with the service. I strongly recommend if anyone is in need of pest control, Massey is the way.

Kudos to Robert Smith. Not only does he provide excellent and detailed service, he is friendly and pleasant. I just missed him running out to get food and he was so accommodating that he returned the same day. Would highly recommend Massey for going far and beyond for their customers.

Robert was fantastic! He arrived on time, clearly explained the treatment for our ant infestation, and were very thorough. Haven't seen a single bug since. He inspected my property for termites, and other pest as well. Highly recommended!.
