Caleb arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining the many services that Massey could provide. We were especially impressed with the termite bond covering damage repair which our prior termite service no longer offers. Mosquito and pest control were also an upgrade to our prior services. Pricing was competitive especially considering these upgraded services. Caleb did a full inspection and pointed out where Massey Services could meet our needs.
Rob S. Is an absolutely wonderful technician. He was detailed, precise, and friendly. I've had him multiple times and would request him each time if I was able to. The technicians at Massey really make your experience a positive one when they complete work effectively. Working with the office staff is another matter. Calling to express my problems and concerns, I have repeatedly been made to feel like an inconvenience despite paying for the service for three years. Bob came out and did a FANTASTIC job applying Mosquito repellent. Before he started, he explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and then did a very thorough job. He is also a wonderful man to simply have a conversation with!
