Rob Smith is one of the best technicians with Massey. I love the time he takes to assess the situation , asking the right questions to ensure that I am satisfied with the service. He is extremely personable, always leaving me with a sense of calm after each visit. He gets the job done!
Kudos to Robert Smith. Not only does he provide excellent and detailed service, he is friendly and pleasant. I just missed him running out to get food and he was so accommodating that he returned the same day. Would highly recommend Massey for going far and beyond for their customers.
Jermaine Moore communicated before the appointment time and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He treated the house completely and told me exactly what he did. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Jermaine with Massey
DO NOT go with the Fayetteville office. Nobody knows what's going on over there. I have given this office many chances over the last year and a half to make things right and they continue to disappoint. It started day one when they were coming to install my bait stations for the termites and nobody called me and told me when they were supposed to come out, so I was not home when they installed the bait stations and they busted my water line to my house.
