We had an excellent experience with Rob from Massey. He came out to follow up after a service from less than a month ago that wasn't properly done by another Massey team member. Not only did he correct the issue, but he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed thoroughly and correctly. I just want to say Thank you to Rob Smith for taking such good care of my Mom's yard/home and for caring about her. She had a mild stroke back in December and Rob asks about her each time he comes to treat her home. Please let Rob know that he does an excellent job and thank him for his attitude out in the field. Caleb arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining the many services that Massey could provide. We were especially impressed with the termite bond covering damage repair which our prior termite service no longer offers. Mosquito and pest control were also an upgrade to our prior services. Pricing was competitive especially considering these upgraded services. Caleb did a full inspection and pointed out where Massey Services could meet our needs.
