DO NOT go with the Fayetteville office. Nobody knows what's going on over there. I have given this office many chances over the last year and a half to make things right and they continue to disappoint. It started day one when they were coming to install my bait stations for the termites and nobody called me and told me when they were supposed to come out, so I was not home when they installed the bait stations and they busted my water line to my house. My service technician Mr. Rod Smith was very professional and answered all of my questions. Mr. Smith even went above and beyond to reach a location on my residence that was extremely high to rid a spider nest that I thought couldn’t be reached. Overall I had excellent service and he was a professional person.
