What a mess. My yard was totally redone 4 years ago. Had a new sprinkler system and all new sod. I hired Massey to take care of everything including my shrubs. It was a good run, but after they told me I was responsible for fixing my own yard that was taken over by weeds, well in Donald Trump's words: "Your Fired". Update: A manager reached out to me and they took care of all the issues. It seems there were miscommunication issues. They sprayed my back lawn, seeded all of the patched areas and even left me a bucket of seeds if i need to use it in the future. They included me in the paperless statements so now I get an email about what services are being done every month. Thank you Lucas! Had them for a year. Raymond was an absolute delight! He was extremely warm, personable, polite and in addition to that knowledgeable, productive and efficient. He went above and beyond in our bug care service. Deserves every raise in the book!! We will continue using Massey for years to come with employees like Raymond!
I'd like to recommend Massey for their lawn care services - specifically the Palm Harbor branch. Tyler, the service manager, takes his job AND customer service extremely seriously. Bob, our technician does a great job. They address every issue quickly and correctly.
I have called Masseys 5 times just need a copy EMAILED to me of my contracts , I’ve been with them for a few houses now . I get the run around over a week now , my next phone call (soon) is when I cancel the contracts . Poor customer service
