Has Massey Palm Harbor not show for at least 3 appointments. No apology from Massey when I called about the no show. Spoke with Rose. On 2 occasions asked for Manager, Tim, to call me. He never called. Our actual technician is great (Nolan) but there are serious scheduling and management issues.
