What a mess. My yard was totally redone 4 years ago. Had a new sprinkler system and all new sod. I hired Massey to take care of everything including my shrubs. It was a good run, but after they told me I was responsible for fixing my own yard that was taken over by weeds, well in Donald Trump's words: "Your Fired". I'd like to recommend Massey for their lawn care services - specifically the Palm Harbor branch. Tyler, the service manager, takes his job AND customer service extremely seriously. Bob, our technician does a great job. They address every issue quickly and correctly.
6/24. I am a perfectionist and have found so is Massey Services. Tyler has been my technician for quite awhile and truly an expert in managing perfection. My Zoysia lawn looks like a magazine photo. I highly recommend Massey Services as they are first class!.
I've instructed my bank to send you 234.00 within a week. that is the amount due for 7/22/2024 and 8/1/2024. Do not provide or bill me for any further services as I will not pay your company again. We talked on 7/12/2024 and , you, Tyler made promises to provide services to me that you did not provide. I can't employ people that do not keep their word. Nice way of saying you lied. Your company will replace me as a client because of all the advertising they purchase. They need to take a good hard look at you.
Save yourself the money. Their services do nothing to improve your home. The pest control did nothing to keep the bugs away. They misdiagnosed termite feces, and continuously told us we were wrong. They misdiagnosed rat feces on our porch and told us it was geckos. Their sprinkler service just added extra things to the sprinklers that cost me more money. But they still never worked.
