I have been with Massey Services for several years and have recommended them to friends, family and clients. I highly recommend using them. They offer great professional service. Unfair and meaningless reasons being given to customers. I have worms coming indoors from my lawn and Massey says it’s NOT their responsibility! I am a working professional with a busy job and having to spray my yard with a Home Depot product for insects myself. Why have their services then? Is it all about ants and spiders?

Someone should SHUT DOWN Precision/Massey pest control! The is the most HORRIBLE experience that I have ever have in my life! Their local rep will LIE TO YOUR FACE to get you to sign up with them! I specifically asked if they do “full yard treatment every quarter” instead of the “perimeter only” like most of the other pest control companies do and the rep says “YES, they will do treatment all over the yard!” But when the day comes, I realized they only do the perimeter just like any other companies!
