My job uses Massey’s and Crystal James is our exterminator. She is FANTASTIC and so thorough! Really takes the time to figure out exactly where the issue is and does everything to resolve it. I highly recommend her! You won’t regret it!
Ashlee Whitten has done a fabulous job with the services I was recommended and the price was affordable! She was very helpful and took her time going over and discussing the services that would best support my needs! Definitely recommend giving her a call for your inspections or exterminations!!
Crystal James (the GM) came out and did a wonderful job! Extremely thorough, prompt, personable, relatable, and not at all condescending. Able to & even proactive to give guarantees & quotes in writing, and was super responsive in texts, email, and in person. Service Manager also humbly followed through promptly, & we even got a card (handwritten & personable) after. If you want least hassle, listening & quick - highly recommend!

Crystal was extremely professional and informative on the initial treatment, and was kind enough to come out after official listed hours to come and do my treatment to fit my schedule. I would absolutely absolutely recommend Massey to anybody looking for cost effective and reliable pest control.
