Crystal James (the GM) came out and did a wonderful job! Extremely thorough, prompt, personable, relatable, and not at all condescending. Able to & even proactive to give guarantees & quotes in writing, and was super responsive in texts, email, and in person. Service Manager also humbly followed through promptly, & we even got a card (handwritten & personable) after. If you want least hassle, listening & quick - highly recommend!
Crystal came in based to check things out at my store based on some information that we received from customers. She was able to quickly assess that the customers concern was addressed and also validate that our store is clean and still pest free. Very quick to react and help us continue providing a great customer experience for all.
