If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Crystal James didn’t just show up to spray for pests—she rolled in like she had a personal vendetta against every bug within a five-mile radius. She was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel like I needed a degree in entomology. My job uses Massey’s and Crystal James is our exterminator. She is FANTASTIC and so thorough! Really takes the time to figure out exactly where the issue is and does everything to resolve it. I highly recommend her! You won’t regret it!
Crystal Was a pleasure to work with. She made the process very easy. Whoever said owning a home was going to be fun was sadly mistaken. When moments come up and you need to take care of it, you call individuals whom you hope you can trust in order to provide the services that you need in those moments. Crystal James (the GM) came out and did a wonderful job! Extremely thorough, prompt, personable, relatable, and not at all condescending. Able to & even proactive to give guarantees & quotes in writing, and was super responsive in texts, email, and in person. Service Manager also humbly followed through promptly, & we even got a card (handwritten & personable) after. If you want least hassle, listening & quick - highly recommend!
