We’ve been customers of this pest control company for nearly 3 years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has gone drastically downhill. At first, things were fine – appointments were kept, and the service seemed to work. However, over the past year, it’s been nothing but frustration. My experience with Massey pest control has been awesome. Michael has always been professional and is great about communicating with me when he is coming by in advance and is always super respectful of the property. The company as a whole has been easy to deal with and they are always willing to work around my schedule.
Michael is our service technician and does a phenomenal job at taking care of all outside areas so that no pests get inside the house. He's always courteous and professional as well. I cannot sing his praises enough! I can't remember the last time I saw so much as an ant or spider in my house. Thanks for your exceptional work Michael!!
I have been using Massey Services for a while now and am completely satisfied with the service given to me and my family. They are a very reliable company. Recently I saw ants in my kitchen. Massey has kept both of our properties pest free for a while now, and we recently had them out for a termite inspection and to install a termite prevention system. Rob and Jessica were professional, courteous, and friendly. The prices seem reasonable and the services are high quality. It’s obvious that this branch of Massey has a lot of pride in what they do, and the peace of mind they provide is very much appreciated.
