Brian and Kandon were excellent. We were having a problem with asian beetles and ants. Brian did a survey of the exterior of the house to check the seals and explained/showed me where the beetles were coming in and why. Kandon ensured the inside of our house was treated along with the exterior of the entire house. Kandon also sealed the outer portion of our bathroom window where the beetles were entering. Tyler the general manager and Brian the service manager are both awesome! They answered every one of my questions and gave great advice for us as first time home owners. I also love the option of paying in full for the year for a discounted rate! So far we are very happy with the services that have been provided and can’t recommend them enough!
Kandon was professional, knowledgeable, and very detailed in treating and explaining Massey Services commitment in treating and servicing homes to combat and prevent just about any type of pests. He answered all my questions and I can say I am now well educated about the bugs I asked about. Kandon represents Massey Services very well and seems to really enjoy his job. .

Starting with the home inspection, next step of termite bait statione installed to final step of prevention pest control service inside and outside of the home EXCELLENT customer service. Service technician’s and service manager are definitely EXPERTS!! Brian, Kamaron ( the service technician that installed termite bait stations - name unknown) care about the service being rendered!
