Meghan was super nice and patient while I coordinated with my sister from work to gain her access to the house. She was also super patient with the kids that were home and even played with them! She was great! The billing and scheduling departments at the office were also fantastic and super helpful!
We were so impressed with Tyler and Brian both professionally and personally. They were so knowledgeable. Cindy is very helpful on the phone as well. They answered all of our questions and took care of our problem quickly. We would call them again in the future.
Brian Plyler with Massey was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, took care of some wasp nests that I being so short could not reach and was so very professional. He found some issues we were dealing with and had some solutions for moving forward!! I am very thankful!
We were fortunate to have Brian Plyler as our service technician on two recent occasions. He was personable, professional and customer service was a priority. He explained everything he was doing and how it would work. He did not leave until we were satisfied. He did not make you feel like he had another appointment he had to get to, even though he did. We cannot highly recommend Brian enough and extend our appreciation for a job well done. Thank you Brian!
I can't say enough great things about Massey. They are always on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Today I had a great service from Brian Plyer. He is great!!! He is the best. I am always reassured by his professional, kind and courteous service. Thanks Massey for caring for my pest pet control needs.
