We were fortunate to have Brian Plyler as our service technician on two recent occasions. He was personable, professional and customer service was a priority. He explained everything he was doing and how it would work. He did not leave until we were satisfied. He did not make you feel like he had another appointment he had to get to, even though he did. We cannot highly recommend Brian enough and extend our appreciation for a job well done. Thank you Brian!
I can't say enough great things about Massey. They are always on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Today I had a great service from Brian Plyer. He is great!!! He is the best. Meghan was super nice and patient while I coordinated with my sister from work to gain her access to the house. She was also super patient with the kids that were home and even played with them! She was great! The billing and scheduling departments at the office were also fantastic and super helpful!
Great communication and quick service! The office dispatches technicians quickly whenever we have needed. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and courteous. Brian has given us great service and advice on controlling and preventing pests in our backyard so our kids and dogs can be comfortable playing! They have even come out on Saturdays for us after service has had to be delayed due to weather.
Brian Plyler was my technician today. Great guy. Explained what product he was applying and why. Asked for any concerns or questions I had. Took care of multiple ant beds around my house. Really went above and beyond. Top notch professionalism. Even offered to connect me with his sales team for pricing to treat the larger portion of my yard where I have multiple ant beds, which I plan to do. If Brian is a reflection of Massey culture then they certainly have my support and future business.
