Brian and Kandon were excellent. We were having a problem with asian beetles and ants. Brian did a survey of the exterior of the house to check the seals and explained/showed me where the beetles were coming in and why. Kandon ensured the inside of our house was treated along with the exterior of the entire house. Kandon also sealed the outer portion of our bathroom window where the beetles were entering. Starting with the home inspection, next step of termite bait statione installed to final step of prevention pest control service inside and outside of the home EXCELLENT customer service. Service technician’s and service manager are definitely EXPERTS!! Brian, Kamaron ( the service technician that installed termite bait stations - name unknown) care about the service being rendered! Our neighbor recommended Massey and we are very happy with their service. When we bought our house it sat vacant for a few months while we moved from a different state. The house had a bunch of pests from the vacancy and Massey came out and performed their service before we moved in. When we finally moved in there was new wasp nest forming and Brian came same day and took care of the new nests.
