Our neighbor recommended Massey and we are very happy with their service. When we bought our house it sat vacant for a few months while we moved from a different state. The house had a bunch of pests from the vacancy and Massey came out and performed their service before we moved in. When we finally moved in there was new wasp nest forming and Brian came same day and took care of the new nests. We were so impressed with Tyler and Brian both professionally and personally. They were so knowledgeable. Cindy is very helpful on the phone as well. They answered all of our questions and took care of our problem quickly. We would call them again in the future.
We were fortunate to have Brian Plyler as our service technician on two recent occasions. He was personable, professional and customer service was a priority. He explained everything he was doing and how it would work. He did not leave until we were satisfied. He did not make you feel like he had another appointment he had to get to, even though he did. We cannot highly recommend Brian enough and extend our appreciation for a job well done. Thank you Brian!
Meghan was super nice and patient while I coordinated with my sister from work to gain her access to the house. She was also super patient with the kids that were home and even played with them! She was great! The billing and scheduling departments at the office were also fantastic and super helpful!
Great communication and quick service! The office dispatches technicians quickly whenever we have needed. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and courteous. Brian has given us great service and advice on controlling and preventing pests in our backyard so our kids and dogs can be comfortable playing! They have even come out on Saturdays for us after service has had to be delayed due to weather.
