My technician, Davon White (I apologize if I misspelled his name), just came and serviced my property. He did a fantastic job. He was very respectful and took care of the wasp nest we had on the side of the house. We are extremely pleased with our service from Massey and especially with Mr. White.
We had our yearly termite inspection yesterday 7/24. Monique our inspector was very professional, respectful and thorough. Monique answered any questions and or concerns that we had showing that she is a very knowledgeable team member and takes pride in the quality of her work. We were very satisfied with this inspection, and would recommend Massey Services.
Just had Khalil Pierson come out and check the bait system around the perimeter of our home and he was fantastic. He was able to check the devices without killing or making a mess of the grass. He was respectful and very kind when he came to the door and spoke. I appreciate him for his kindness and the dedication for excellence in his job performance. Thank you!
Monique conducted our annual home inspection. She was prompt, thorough, and very friendly. She answered our questions and scheduled a follow up for one of our inquiries. We’d recommend her as a technician.
This company is a scam. Had their lawn service for half a year and my yard still has weeds. It also is browning and has dead spots now. It was brand new healthy sod that I laid when I started the service. The manager said it was fine when I complained, such terrible service. They advertise satisfaction guaranteed, which is a joke because what they actually mean is you can cancel with a 30 day notice without refund.
