Branden did an amazing job at the house today. Honestly, scheduling with the office was tough. The first guy I spoke to (to reschedule the first appointment) wasn’t interested in talking at all and actually tried to blow me off. Then, 2 days after I rescheduled, the office said they didn’t have anything on the schedule for the new time. THEN they said that they unilaterally rescheduled for a different day - which didn’t work for me. Branden McDonald just did the yearly termite Inspection on two houses for us. He called ahead, verified the time and addresses. He was on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He verified with the boss two questions I asked him about the warranty. He was personable, professional and thorough. I highly recommend him and Massey Service Inc.
