Todd and his employees have helped me with four different plumbing issues. I can not complain about anything at all. He's always done a great job, friendly, trustworthy, respectful and affordable. I'm always glad I called him. He's a great person and everything he's done was done right. Nothing had to be addressed a second time. Thank you, Todd.
We had multiple issues due to the age of our home, Todd and his crew of Chris & Jesus were fabulous,…..they were very professional and very courteous,…..they analyzed all the problems and explained the solutions and gave us the cost up front. Great service
I called Todd on a Sunday for a busted pipe and he went out immediately. He repaired the pipe in a flooded area due to the water gushing out of the pipe. I would recommend Todd for any plumbing issue.
Todd is the most professional plumber I've ever met. He rescued me after a water pipe broke and showed up within 30 minutes. The timely response and quality job performed was definitely 5 stars. I'm in the construction business myself and understand what needs done and how much it costs. The cost was right where it should've been. Definitely hiring Master Drain Services again in the future!!
After trying to get ahold of my old septic company and never hearing back, I called Todd at Master Drain Services. He answered the phone immediately and was able to come out to the house to clean out our septic system. I even gave my neighbors his information because he was reliable and worked great! Thanks Todd
