You will not find a better homebuilder in the Springs. We interviewed many homebuilders and ultimately decided on Masterbilt. Zero regrets. I wish I could say the same for my friends and neighbors who went with other builders. Our build was stress free, and the quality of the build is superior. By the end of our journey Dre and Jim feel more like family than our homebuilders. We highly recommend Masterbilt to all.
I am the owner of the aforementioned home being built in Palmer Lake. Jim with Masterbilt has been transparent, open and accommodating throughout this whole process to me and the town. We have followed the town of Palmer Lake guidelines for height of 30’ and actually are measuring in at 27’. Additionally, to accommodate other complaints we have lowered the foundation of the house and flattened the roof in the spots where it could obstruct views, on our own accord, not required by the town.
