Even though the facility is managed remotely the process of reserving and renting went smoothly. The staff we worked with was very helpful. The actual move-in went extremely well. Overall we have been very satisfied.
I have had nothing but the run around and fees that I was told I didn't get charged tho my bank accounts says otherwise.. the pricing changes rapidly I pay more for a smaller unit the what bigger units are going for so to keep my current or better payment amount I have to change units weekly or more or just pay a higher price... I am never gonna use their units ever again let alone the chain of storage units they like most other big chains over charge and under service.
The process of selecting and starting a month to month rental agreement took less than 15 minutes, AND we gained access to our unit WITHIN an HOUR of purchase. 5/5, absolutely going to recommend to friends and family.
The online signup/checkin process went smoothly, very happy with process. Very polite customer service, made the end of a grueling move much easier.
Moving here from Pennsylvania, I found rates here much lower than anywhere else. Sue, the office person, is super friendly. Gated and cameras located throughout the facility, helps me feel secure knowing my items are safe.
