We were going to spend the whole day going to different flooring stores to look for carpet for our new home. Masters Flooring was our first and last place we shopped. Melissa and Stephanie were phenomenal in assisting us in our choices. They kept us in our budget and worked with our timetable for order and install. They gave me daily updates on my order because of our situation. They are on top of their game and know how to make a client feel valued and satisfied with their service. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Shopping at Masters Flooring with the expert guidance of Melissa and Christy was pleasant and helpful. We were able to get the proper color and density we were looking for with the samples that we took to the house. The ordering was quick and the installers showed up on time, were very efficient and courteous. They made sure we were happy with the installation, cleanup and furniture placement before they left. Highly recommend Masters Flooring and would use them again.

Melissa Bigelow with Master’s flooring had wonderful recommendations for the flooring in our home. We were able to take samples home and think about the choices with no pressure. The products and the install of the carpet and wood laminate were timely, professional and competitively priced. Everything looks fantastic!

We replaced almost all of the flooring in our 3000sqft home using Masters and are so impressed! Melissa was so patient and nice while we looked at every color of carpet and laminate. She offered great advice and we loved working with her. We had 2 different crews come on 2 different days for the install and both were on time, professional, and worked hard. The price was competitive with others in the area, but the customer service was the best!

I had been planning to put wood floors in our home since we moved in over 4 years ago. I kept procrastinating because I was so worried I would pick the wrong company to work with and that it might be a disaster. Finally I moved forward and my experience with Masters Flooring was wonderful from start to finish.
