Their work is high quality, they arrive on time, and they take the time to listen to your concerns and clearly explain your options. Jim and his team are courteous and professional, but most importantly, they are trustworthy. They provide honest advice even when it costs them business, which speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers and their integrity
We hired Masters Plumbers and Sons Company to remove the old vanity from our beach condo bathroom and replace it with a new one. We also needed new valves and other plumbing work done. Zach came out and did an excellent job! It looks great! He was a pleasure to work with! We recommend them and will definitely use them again for our next condo and home purchases in Myrtle Beach!
Within 4 hours of my request to have my shower heads replaced, Brandon was here to do the job. Brandon was the most polite and respectful young man I’ve ever met since moving to Myrtle Beach 2 years ago from Maryland. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company and how gracious and professional the staff are, even with small jobs like mine. I was stuck with my gas being shut off because of an inside house leak.Gas co is only responsible up to house.They shut it off at 9:pm on a 20 Degree night .A friend of mine that i called same night gave me Masters phone and first thing in the morning i was in touch to explain my situation .i was delighted at his response of being at my home in that same morning . after finding the leak he fixed the problem so i could call the Gas co to turn the gas back on.They arrived at around 3:30 in the aft and turned the on the gas ..W... read more
