RecommendedC.J. "unfroze" our central air unit, replenished the freon (or whatever gas/substance they use these days), and cleaned the unit. Chad was brilliant today. We had to call in an emergency when our front outdoor faucet started leaking inside the house. Master Tech has done a number of repairs for us, but this was the the first urgent call and we are so blown away. Chad arrived at our house within the hour and had the faucet repair AND fixed a faulty pressure valve too. Great service, super professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs help.

I cannot say enough good things about Chad and MasterTech. They serviced the same day I called and easily worked around my schedule. The problem turned out to be more extensive than I thought, and Chad was completely upfront about all costs as they came up and kept me involved in the repair so I knew what was going on. Hopefully I don't have any more issues anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be calling again to request Chad. Thank you!

MasterTech's technician, Josh, came to check out our non-draining bathtub. After dismantling the drain, in freezing cold water, he decided that the drain must be frozen. Although not able to 'fix' our problem right now, he was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Josh.
