RecommendedOur water heater went out on a Saturday night! Justin came over, replaced it and did a great job.
I had a good experience yesterday. I called to get my hot water heater repaired. They were able to come out the same day I called and quickly fix my heater. The cost was reasonable and everyone I spoke to was very professional.
Complete HVAC replacement completed by CJ and Tim that was very painless. I appreciated the updates as work progressed through the replacement of the old equipment. We are enjoying the consistent heat from the Bryant Furnace vs. Our old Comfortmaker Unit. I appreciate the MasterTech HVAC Tech bids the job and does the install vs. a Sales Team bids job and installer(s) show up challenged by the requirements that need to be accomplished for the install. Seth was our technician and was great. We had a leaking garbage disposal, replaced the old hoses on our washer, and the bladder on the hot water heater. Seth was polite and worked steadily and efficiently and was very courteous and understanding, especially when I expressed concern about scratching the wood flooring with the washer. Very pleased here.
So I woke yesterday morning with the wonderful sound of water running.Being the handyman that I am not I quickly found the source of the leak and well I have used MasterTech before and called them at 8:08 am. At 9:40 am I had Chad knocking on my door ready to roll. (An awesome experence and had me up and running in abut an hour) All I can say is thank you!! I will recomend again and again. My parents were having issues for a while, and were not confident they quite knew what was going on or who to contact about backed up plumbing. Master Tech technician, Chad, was scheduled the at their earliest convenience and, although the problem was easy to spot, Chad also got my parents in touch with the right people immediately to fix an outside problem. I was kept informed from the moment I called til after the job was done...in the same day. MasterTech is using what most are not...technolog..emails, tablets and such to keep me informed all the way down to my receipt. Seth (the technician) was very polite and kept me in the loop on his progress along with being honest about what was needed for my home. I will do business with them again when needed
