2/14/18 I couldn't see how to do a new review so will update this one. Seth did some work today on my bathtub with a low water pressure issued. He did a great job, made sure everything was just right for me, and was an excellent representative for his company. Thank you, Seth. Original review: I am very happy with the service. The were very nice and did an excellent job.
They fixed the problem. Called me ahead of the appointment to let me know they were on their way. Josh was the technician, and he was very curtious and informative as to what can be fixed, and what price I would be paying. Reasonable price, I was lucky they had a special on sink cleaning and got a discount, which is on their website. Competitive prices to that of plumbers in my area. They work outside of Columbia. I'm definitely using them again.
I was very pleased with the job and the tech, Seth. He arrived on time, found the problem quickly , made the repairs and left the work area very clean!! Seth was very pleasant and professional. Good job!

seth and the other guy did a great job on our drain pipes came out that very same day and finished it the day after most other places said be out in three days but we needed water as soon as possible thanks mastertech you get an A rating
Love being part of the Master Tech Family! We pay a monthly fee and they come for routine check ups several times a year. I always know things are in tip top shape. And if I have any kind of emergency, I have a priority on their call list. Have enjoyed all the service people who stop by. Consistently personable, thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable, competent and very professional. Enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!
Mastertech has been out to our house 3 (or 4?) times in the last couple months. After moving in to a new home, we had several unexpected issues. Luckily, we called Mastertech and Chad came to the rescue. I always trust his work, enjoy having him in our home, and feel comfortable asking him questions!
