RecommendedI have nothing but good things to say about Master Tech, it was Sunday afternoon the outflow side of the septic got plugged up so I call and about 2 hours later Chad got here snaked the line and everything was flowing nice and smooth again and the price was even cheaper than Rotorooter's regular weekday work hour rates!!!!!! I definitely highly recommend them and I will use them if I have any problems in the future!
Never a good thing when your AC motor goes out when it's 90 degrees outside, but Corey at Mastertech got us back up and cooled down. Nice guy, too!

What can I say? Corey came out, at nearly midnight, on the hottest day of the year so far. Our air conditioner seized and we were in bad shape. Not only did we get an honest deal, and excellent customer service, but his professionalism, consultation, and quality of work were top notch. I will use no one else for my HVAC needs in mid-Missouri. Simply awesome service!
After water from the bath backed up to my sinks last week, I had some major plumbing work done at my house this week. Seth was my lead tech, and he was fantastic! He was very patient and kind, while dealing with a major headache. I was really pleased that Seth came back for the full excavation/repairs, because it's always comforting to see a friendly, familiar face when you are dealing with a major home repair and already a bit stressed out. Friendly and prompt explained everything he found and did not push us to decide what to do.
Seth was a great technician and took care of all my needs. He was at my home to deal with a leaky toilet when I found a leak in my kitchen, and he fixed that, too.
Corey was helpful, friendly, professional and took care of the problem with my AC.
the folks at Master Tech have been friendly and prompt in the service I have received. They have been there at times when my plumbing was out of control and most recently, when my A/C went on the blink. In those times I needed someone in a huurry and they were there and fixed things for me . I recently had Corey last night when my A/C was not working . He was very nice and explained what had happened to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Master Tech people to anyone.! Thanks so much!
