The service from MasterTech was prompt, professional, friendly, and effective! Corey, the technician who did the work, was excellent in explaining what would happen and in cleaning up after the work was done. The work we had done was desperately needed and we are very satisfied with the results. We highly recommend this company.

I recently had a clogged sewer line. Seth Meyer from Mastertech came out and fixed the problem quickly. All aspects of the contact and visit were excellent. Enjoyed speaking to Seth. Next time I have an issue I would ask for Seth.

I had no idea I had a water leak until I opened my electric bill and was very surprised seeing a VERY high bill. I immediatley asked on my facebook page who folks would recommened for a possible problem,I was told to call Mastertech. Within 1 1/2 hours I had Corey, a service representative at my door. Corey was very pleasant and he and I walked around looking for the source of my problem. I Woke up one morning and the sump pump alarm was blaring. I called Mastertech and they were able to come out within an hour. The technician was knowledgeable and very courteous and finished the job within a couple of hours. They charged a very reasonable rate and I would definitely use them again.

How often can one call for a plumber and have the repair done within three hours? It was not even an emergency. Chad explained everything to me and then proceeded to make the repair. He left everything clean and working well. I am pleased and happy. Thank you!
