Today my visit at Mat-Su Dermatology was a positive experience that began weeks ago when first contacting the office as a new patient. The office staff is friendly, thorough, and efficient. My appointment with the two doctors today provided me with information regarding an ongoing issue not provided at my prior provider. I am pleased to be a patient at Mat-Su Dermatology.
I had a very comfortable appointment with the whole team, from the receptionist who greeted me to the medical assistant and Dr Sorenson! Answered all questions and very quick procedure done! I would Highly Recommend!
Dr. Sorensen was my dermatologist for well over a year and a half at DGMC. He has always been kind, attentive, patient, and dedicated to finding solutions for what I struggled with. He welcomed my input and took a collaborative approach with me so I could have input on my treatment plan. I felt listened to and cared about. “Simply the Best”. As the Tina Turner song goes, Dr Sorenson is simply the best. Since my initial diagnosis back in the early 1990s I have been under the care of many dermatologists, all competent, but clearly some were better than others. Dr Sorenson is by far the best dermatologist I know. I freely admit that as a former health professional, I can be an exacting, questioning patient but I truly treasure an excellent doctor when I am fortunate enough to be assigned one.
