Mind boggling that these guys are still in business. They did not show with the correct material/parts to correctly do the job even though they were at my house 3 times prior. They kept tring to shove an extra wire through conduit that was too small. I asked, "is this going to pass inspection?" I could not believe his reply. "There is a 60% chance that it will." AHS assigned Mates Electric to resolve a constantly tripping circuit under a light load. They called and came to our home they next day. Dan found the breaker was loose and was melting the connecting wire! Fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not condescending. Great experience.

Dan was amazing! Super friendly, helpful and explained our repair clearly. All in all was in and out in about 30 minutes, and the conversation and attitude was the cherry on top. Def would recommend these guys!

I had a switch heating up. AHS assigned Mates. They came, and dismissed my concerns and refused to even open up the box to take a look. I later found a loose wire in the switch. It could have caused a fire.

Outstanding company! Dan was great to work with. He kept me in the loop when he was coming out. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained what was happening with the outlet in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend Mates Electric Inc. My home warranty sent them out for a problem I submitted. I plan to use them for some home projects that involve electrical work.
