This experience could've been bad, but Mattheson made it seamless! My heat went out on a Sunday afternoon. Scheduled an appointment to have my furnace repaired. A gentleman put on some show guards and took a look, and advised me that it was one of my heating coils that went bad. He gave me en estimate to replace it, but wanted a second option. We just had Matheson replaced our 20+ year old 50 gallon hot water heater. From scheduling, getting a quote to installation, the staffs were responsive, friendly, professional, efficient! Their quote was competitive and reasonable as compared to others we got. I highly recommend their services.

We could not ask for a better service. The day Troy came out and gave us an estimate for a new furnace, air conditioner and water tank. Because of his experience we gave Matheson the job on the same day. Today, 5/20 everything got installed in under 6 hours. The team was very experienced and just very sufficient. Well done Matheson in all areas. We had 2 other estimates far over what we paid with Matheson. I would call them, you will not be disappointed. A plus !

Devin really is the best technician. I would suggest just asking to have him come to your home. I am giving a 5 star review, the 1st technician, left the job not fixed. Matheson made it right by sending him out and I was not charged for an emergency visit. Glad to know this company will stand behind any issue that may arise. Would recommend, especially Devin!
