I had my car charger installed last spring. Trying to get my rebate from Evergy has been an ongoing challenge. Shawna from Mathews Electric was a great help when I called several months later asking for additional documentation for the Evergy rebate. Evergy still not happy, but Shauna has continued to help, reaching out to her contacts at Electrum. I really appreciate all the help that Shauna has provided me.
