I brought my daughter for checking her crooked teeth, Doctor Murphy has explained all the procedures before wearing braces with clear and details. It’s really great having experienced with Aspen Dental. All team great us with warm and professional.
Aspen dental did make me feel comfortable. I went in for my 6 months cleaning and they discovered problems with me. They explained my situation and what my treatments would be. They took their time, didn't rush. I appreciate that about them.
Aspen Dental said that they would do a soft credit check to see if I could pay them 1,000 in installments. I find that they ordered me a credit card from a Bank which they never mentioned to me.i received an email saying my card was on the way ! I specifically ask the lady more than once if she was sure that it would be a soft credit check . She assured me that it would be soft so it wouldn’t affect my credit ! Visit was good. She listened to my concerns and helped schedule a future visit to identify a plan for corrections of issues.
